• Post dispatch: No refund.

Returns and Exchanges

• In case of a manufacturing defect, goods will be replaced or refunded as necessary.

• Custom printed orders are non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please make a video while opening the packaging as supporting proof if you wish to claim a return or replacement. Refunds will be processed within up to 7 working days.
